Three. The main Waikiki Post Office at 330 Saratoga Road, the Waikiki Shopping Plaza station at 2250 Kalakaua Avenue (2nd floor), and the Kuhio Ave station at 2092 Kuhio Avenue.

Which Waikiki post office has the most services?

The main Waikiki Post Office at 330 Saratoga Road. It's the only Waikiki location with PO Boxes, money orders, and certified mail. The other two stations are smaller and best for stamps and shipping.

What is the ZIP code for Waikiki?

Waikiki uses 96815. The main post office's ZIP+4 is 96815-9998.

Are any Waikiki post offices open on Sunday?

No. All three are closed Sunday and on federal holidays. Saturday hours are also limited at every location.

Can I ship internationally from Waikiki?

What can't I mail from Hawaii?

Hawaii has strict agricultural restrictions. You generally cannot mail most fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, soil, or live animals to the mainland without inspection. Commercially packaged foods (macadamia nuts, chocolate, Kona coffee) are fine.

Hold Mail & Forwarding

Can I hold my mail while I'm on vacation?

Yes. USPS Hold Mail works for 3 to 30 days. Request it online at usps.com/holdmail or by filing PS Form 8076 at any post office. Your mail gets delivered in a bundle when you return.

How do I change my address?

Online at moversguide.usps.com (a small identity-verification fee applies), or for free by completing PS Form 3575 at any post office. Mail forwarding lasts 12 months for First-Class Mail and 60 days for packages and periodicals.

Can I pick up a package at the post office?

Yes โ€” at the main Waikiki Post Office. Bring the delivery notice (PS Form 3849) and a valid photo ID. You can also request Package Intercept online to redirect a package to the post office for pickup.

Can I get a PO Box in Waikiki?

Yes โ€” but only at the main Waikiki Post Office on Saratoga Road. The Shopping Plaza and Kuhio Ave stations do not offer PO Boxes.

Tracking, Certified Mail & Money Orders

How do I track a package?

Enter your tracking number at usps.com/track, call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777), or text your tracking number to 28777 (2USPS).

What is Certified Mail?

Certified Mail provides proof of mailing and electronic delivery confirmation. The current fee is around $4.85 in addition to postage. Add Return Receipt (about $3.75) for the recipient's signature. Available at the main Waikiki Post Office.

Where can I get a money order?

At the main Waikiki Post Office. Domestic money orders up to $500 cost around $1.75; up to $1,000 cost around $2.40. International money orders cost about $11.65.

Passports & Other Services

Can I get a passport at a Waikiki post office?

No. None of the three Waikiki post offices offer passport services. The nearest passport acceptance facility is the Honolulu Airport Main Post Office (3600 Aolele Street, about 6 miles away). See our passport guide for full details.

Does the Waikiki post office notarize documents?

No โ€” USPS does not offer notary services. For notarization in Waikiki, try UPS Store locations, banks, or your hotel concierge.

Can I get free shipping supplies?

Yes โ€” Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express boxes and envelopes are free at all three Waikiki locations (selection is best at the Saratoga Rd main office). You can also order free supplies online at usps.com/supplies and have them delivered.
